How CPI Handles Your Information

Who we are. This site is operated by Contractors Premier Inc. ("CPI"), 991 US Highway 22 W, Ste. 200, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.

What we collect. When you submit a form we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, the topic of your inquiry and any message you include. Our forms also record basic submission context such as the page you submitted from. Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested).

How we use it. Form submissions are delivered to our office team at officeteam@cpremierinc.com and used to respond to your inquiry, scope your project and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent to contact. By submitting a form you consent to CPI contacting you by phone or email about your inquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, and we will stop.

Sharing. Inquiries relevant to our electrical subsidiary (Contractors Premier Electrical LLC DBA 02 Energy) may be shared with that team so the right people call you back. We use service providers (such as website hosting and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Retention. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing officeteam@cpremierinc.com.

Children. This Site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
