Residential

Residential construction and remodeling

CPI's fully registered, bonded and insured construction teams cover home improvements of every size, with specialty services in:

Kitchen, Bath & Basement

Full remodels planned and priced up front, built to code by crews who treat your home like a job site with a family in it.

Decks, Patios & Masonry

Outdoor living structures and masonry work, engineered for New Jersey weather and inspected to township standards.

Home Elevation & Waterproofing

Structural elevation and waterproofing for flood-prone properties - engineering-led work most contractors cannot self-perform.

Windows, siding, and most other home improvement projects are covered too - if you do not see yours listed, ask.

Commercial

Commercial and retail construction

From new commercial and retail construction to renovations of occupied facilities, CPI plans and delivers commercial work with the same team that engineered it. Our portfolio includes a $1.1M municipal renovation for the Manchester Township First Aid & Rescue Squad and a $405k electrical upgrade for Battlefield Industries - delivered with little to no operational downtime.

Public-sector and government clients get a partner who understands procurement, prevailing-wage and inspection realities, not just construction.

Engineering & Planning

Structural and electrical engineering with in-house CAD

CPI offers structural and electrical engineering with in-house CAD drafting - the expertise to carry a project from concept through procurement to project management. Decades of combined project-management experience and a successful $43M (and growing) portfolio stand behind every planning engagement, whether the project is commercial, government or public.

Design and build, one accountability

The engineers who draw the plans work for the same company as the crews who build them - no finger-pointing between designer and builder.

Procurement to closeout

Scoping, drawings, permits, procurement, construction management and final inspection handled as one continuous engagement.

How It Works

From first conversation to final inspection

  1. 01

    Scope conversation

Tell us what you are planning. The right CPI team - construction, engineering or both - reviews it with you and asks the questions that shape a real scope.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

A defined scope, timeline and price in writing. For engineering-led work, drawings and planning deliverables are itemized up front.

  3. 03

    Permits and construction

We handle township permits and inspections, then build to the drawings - with a dedicated point of contact keeping you updated.

  4. 04

    Closeout and walkthrough

Final inspections passed, punch list closed, documentation handed over. The job is done when you agree it is done.
